Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes was a refreshing answer to musics current trends, but left room for improvement. With their sophomore release, Return to Cookie Mountain, TV on the Radio really expand their sound bringing it to new sonic heights that will simply blow your mind. The vocals are brilliantly produced and interweave with beautiful precision. This is a huge record—records this good and fresh come around very rarely, and when they do they change everything in their path.
