MATTERS It's not totally groundbreaking, but it is totally incredible. There are hints of Bends-era Radiohead in the music of Syd Matters, but there is also a brilliant singer-songwirter aspect that critics have compared to Nick Drake. Seeing them play this material live twice, i have to say that this band deserves great things. As great as the record is, seeing them live is required for anyone to fully appreciate Syd Matters. standout track: "Obstacles" and "End &Start Again"
