EDITORS The Editors have been one of the most hyped bands in the world right now, already being a big hit in England and on the verge of making big in the states. I have read others reviews of this band and cd and they often compare this band to Interpol. They are quite similar, but I think it is only proper to compare them to the band that most inspired the sound of both these bands, Joy Division. As much as Interpol shows similarities to Joy Division, they sound nowhere near as close as The Editors come to really cloning the sound of Joy Division. That is exactly why this album is so good. Joy Division is one of the greatest bands ever and The Editors sound exactly like them. It's not an easy thing to sound this good, and there's been plenty of other bands that have tried to sound like Joy Division and failed. standout track: Camera
